We specialize in Full Service Planning, Design & Management for weddings, social events, Gala's, non-profit and corporate events

The fee is based on the scope of the project. There is a base fee and a % of the total budget. That way if the scope reduces, the fee reduces If it increases, then we are compensated appropriately for any additional work required or any additional team members needed. Payments are divided into 4 payments depending on how much time is available between the start of planning and the event date.

Our package is "Month of Coordination" because we like to step in minimally 1 month before the event to allow time to get all vendor information and contracts. Fee is based on scope of event. 

Yes, we have a minimum budget for weddings of $30k and $10k for social events.
